New Zealand

MMM is located at Pirongia, a small rural town in the North Island—a 30 minute drive south of Hamilton and 2 hour drive south of Auckland.
In the late 1970s and 1980s Australia sent a number of work teams to NZ. In October 1994 MMM was officially launched at GLO Cambridge.
The first NZ couple from Tauranga were then commissioned and 1995 a couple from Australia assisted for the next 6 years. In September 1995 a centre was gifted rent free at Pirongia.
MMM was registered as a Charitable Trust with IRD Status in 1996.
It has caravan park facilities for MMM Mobiles and volunteers that can accomodate 4 caravans, with power, water, drainage, shower, toilet and laundry facilities.
