Mobile Teams

As the name implies, mobile teams travel from place to place fulfilling various building and maintenance needs. There are two types of Mobile teams. There are ‘Mobile Teams’ that are on the road fulltime which are manned by Fulltime and Associate Members, and some teams who are on the road short-term, say for two to three months.

Mobile Teams have remained a vital aspect of MMM. Being mobile is an effective way to meet the needs nationally, particularly in isolated areas, outside the coverage of city based Centres.

Each team member owns their own work tools and basic equipment necessary for the variety of building and maintenance tasks.

Single men and women are ideal, as are married couples without school age family ties, although families have successfully maintained a mobile lifestyle. Mobile team members live in caravans or self-contained campers. Their vehicles are personally owned and maintained. All mobile team members are responsible for all their personal living expenses.
