Work Projects

It is not possible for the regular work program of MMM Staff, Mobile Teams and Associates to fulfil all the work of MMM International.

An effective method of completing work projects is to form Workteams of volunteers, on leave from their regular employment, who offer their time for a particular job.

Short term Workteams, consisting of Staff and Associate Members as well as volunteers, both skilled and unskilled, form an active part of the MMM’s workforce. Work teams can move quickly into an area, carry out a task, and then return home, or move on to the next project.

People who help on these work projects are an enormous benefit to the ministry of MMM. The majority of overseas building projects and many throughout New Zealand are completed by short term Workteams.

This method of assistance provides mutual encouragement to both local missions and missionaries and those men and women in the Workteams.
